FullDisclosure

Campaign finance software for California treasurers who want to stop dreading filing day.

FIG. 01 · FullDisclosure Windows · Native

FIG. 01a Schedule A entry. Contributor names autocomplete from the per-committee registry; cumulative totals update live as you type.

FullDisclosure handles every Form 460, 461, 496, 497, and 410 that the FPPC will send your way. It tracks contributions and expenditures with the cumulative-totals math built in, flags compliance issues before they hit the state, and generates filing-ready PDFs and CAL files that pass Cal-Access validation.

It runs on your Windows machine. Your data lives on your hard drive in a SQLite file you own. No cloud, no subscriptions, no third party with access to your donor list.

Designed around the FPPC regulations themselves, not a generic accounting tool with campaign finance bolted on.

  • Every form 460, 461, 496, 497, 410. Real PDFs you can sign and submit.
  • CAL files Cal-Access validated. No manual XML editing.
  • Compliance checks Missing occupations on $100+ contributions, cash over $99, expenditures without source documents, contributions over per-election limits.
  • Bank reconciliation Statement matched against ledger.
  • OCR import Pull historical filings off scanned PDFs without re-typing them.
  • Registries and source docs Per-committee Contributor and Payee registries with cumulative totals and fuzzy deduplication. Source documents linked to the transactions they back up.
Multi-committee Designed for treasurers handling one committee or twenty. Context switching is built in. Recent committees float to the top of the picker. Quick-add buttons embed the active committee name so you can't accidentally record a contribution against the wrong one.

Questions treasurers ask.

Which forms does it cover?

Form 460, 461, 496, 497, and 410, the filings most California committees actually send the FPPC. Each one comes out as a real PDF you can sign and submit, plus a Cal-Access-validated CAL file.

Does my data go to the cloud?

No. Everything stays in a single SQLite file on your own computer. No cloud, no account, nobody else holding a copy of your donor list.

Can I get my data back out?

Anytime. It's a standard SQLite database that you own outright, so you're never locked in.

Is it a subscription?

No. You buy it once and own it. No subscription to lapse in the middle of a reporting period, and no forced update on filing day.

Does it run on Mac?

It runs on Windows today. On a Mac? Email us and we'll walk through the options.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many committees you file for. Tell us your situation and we'll send a straight number, no sales call required.
